Wiki and Emergent Technologies
Designed for everyone!
Module 8 is a relatively new technology, the Wiki. Wikis are a web-page that you create to share information. Once that information is posted, the URL can be sent to others who can view, edit, and comment on it. The changes can be seen by everyone and then altered or commented on by them. This module was designed in two parts: to introduce us to a new Wiki and to explore two other emergent technologies. Because there is no way for us to cover every technology available for educators in one semester, we were to pick two from a list and give a review of them on our Wiki. Classmates viewed and commented on our reviews also.
